At New Anbu Stores, we take great care in delivering fresh groceries and quality daily essentials to your doorstep. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will promptly arrange a return or refund as per the terms below.
What Can Be Returned?
✅ Eligible for Return / Refund
- Items received in damaged or broken condition
- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Packed items with an expired best-before date at time of delivery
- Sealed products that are leaking, spoiled, or tampered
- Defective stationery or household items
❌ Not Eligible for Return
- Loose items (dal, rice, spices) once delivered
- Fresh vegetables & fruits after delivery
- Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery
- Partially used or opened products
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
How to Request a Return or Refund
Call or WhatsApp us at +91 97908 97971 or email newanbustoresgdy@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video of the damaged or incorrect item.
Our team will review and respond within 1 business day to confirm approval of your return or refund.
For eligible physical returns, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address at no extra charge.
Once confirmed, your refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.

Cancellation Overview
You may cancel your order at New Anbu Stores before it is dispatched for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

How to Cancel Your Order
Contact us at +91 97908 97971 as soon as possible after placing the order. The sooner you reach us, the better the chances of a successful cancellation.
Provide your order number and the registered phone number or email used at checkout.
We will confirm whether your cancellation has been processed. If approved, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
If you paid online and the cancellation is approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations by New Anbu Stores
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your order due to:
- Item being out of stock or unavailable at the time of fulfillment
- Delivery not feasible to your location on a given date
- Pricing or listing errors on the website
- Incomplete or unverifiable order / payment information
In all such cases, we will notify you promptly via phone or email and initiate a full refund within 5–7 business days.
