By accessing and placing an order with Newanbustore, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Newanbustore.

Under no circumstances shall Newanbustore team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Newanbustore team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

2. Product Information & Quality

2.1 Product Categories

Newanbustore specializes in providing premium quality products across the following categories:

• Atta & Dal: Premium quality wheat flour and pulses sourced from trusted suppliers
• Rice (White & Brown): High-grade rice varieties suitable for daily consumption
• Masala: Authentic spice blends and whole spices
• Oil & Ghee: Pure cooking oils and clarified butter products
• Dry Fruits & Seeds: Premium quality nuts, dried fruits, and seeds
• Body Wash: Quality personal care products for daily use

2.2 Product Accuracy

We strive to display product information as accurately as possible, including descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on our website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In case of any discrepancy, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

2.3 Food Safety & Quality Standards

All our food products comply with FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) regulations. We maintain strict quality control measures to ensure the freshness and safety of all edible items. However, it is the customer's responsibility to check expiry dates upon delivery and store products as per the instructions provided.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or stock limitations
• Errors in product or pricing information
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Inability to verify customer information
• Delivery restrictions to certain areas

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.

3.3 Payment Methods

All payment transactions are secured and processed through trusted payment gateways. Newanbustore does not store your card or banking information.

3.4 Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with order details. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order. Order acceptance is communicated through a separate email once your order is processed and ready for dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to select pin codes across India. Please enter your pin code at checkout to verify delivery availability in your area. We are continuously expanding our delivery network.

4.2 Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances. Express delivery options may be available in select cities at additional charges.

4.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, delivery location, and chosen delivery method. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value.

4.4 Delivery Process

Upon delivery, the delivery partner will require a signature or OTP verification. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. If no one is available, the delivery partner may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a convenient time.

4.5 Inspection at Delivery

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the package and products at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage to the package or discrepancies in the order, please refuse acceptance and immediately contact our customer support.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return products under the following conditions:

• Food Items (Atta, Dal, Rice, Masala, Oil, Ghee, Dry Fruits, Seeds): Returns accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, expired, or if you received the wrong item. Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Body Wash: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products with tampered seals or opened packages (except in case of damage/defect)
• Products that have been used or consumed
• Products returned after the specified return period
• Products without original packaging, tags, or labels

5.3 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched without any charges. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will be processed as returns. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support immediately with your order number.

5.5 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping charges.

• Delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control

7.3 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

All content on the Newanbustore website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Newanbustore or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our express written permission. The Newanbustore name and logo are trademarks of Newanbustore and may not be used without prior written consent.
