We currently deliver across India to serviceable pin codes. During checkout, you can verify if we deliver to your location by entering your pin code. We are continuously expanding our delivery network to reach more customers.

To check if your area is serviceable:
- Enter your pin code on the product page or at checkout
- The system will instantly confirm delivery availability
- Estimated delivery date will be displayed if serviceable
- Contact our customer support if your pin code is not listed

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select locations. A nominal COD handling charge of ₹50 may apply on COD orders below ₹1000.

5.2 Hygiene Standards
All products are handled in hygienic conditions and packed by trained personnel following FSSAI guidelines for food items. Each package is quality-checked before dispatch.
5.3 Temperature-Sensitive Products
Products like ghee are packed with appropriate insulation during summer months to maintain quality during transit.
6. Delivery Process
6.1 Delivery Attempt
Our courier partners will attempt delivery during standard business hours (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM). The delivery executive will:
- Contact you via phone/SMS before delivery
- Verify the delivery address
- Request signature or OTP verification upon delivery
6.2 Receiving Your Order
When receiving your order:
- Check package condition before accepting
- Verify the number of packages (if multiple)
- Sign the delivery receipt or provide OTP
- Inspect products immediately after opening
6.3 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed:
- First Attempt: Courier will leave a note and attempt redelivery the next business day
- Second Attempt: You'll receive a call to schedule convenient delivery time
- Third Attempt: Order may be returned to warehouse; reshipping charges may apply
6.4 Recipient Availability
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If you won't be available, you can:
- Authorize a family member or neighbor to receive on your behalf
- Provide specific delivery instructions in the order notes

7. Address & Order Modifications
7.1 Changing Delivery Address
Delivery address can only be changed before the order is dispatched. To modify:

8. Damaged or Missing Items

9. Undeliverable Orders

Currently, Newanbustore only ships within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding our services globally and will update this policy once international shipping becomes available.
